Mold Removal in Lee County Homes and Businesses

David Ramirez founded Fort Myers Mold Removal after seeing how the tropical savanna climate with its hot humid summers and warm winters drives persistent moisture issues in Lee County properties. Growing up in the area, he knows the older housing stock around the River District and McGregor often features original plumbing and limited ventilation that lets hidden mold take hold behind walls or under floors.

The company operates from deep local roots, responding to calls from neighborhoods near Edison and Ford Winter Estates, Centennial Park, and across into Cape Coral, Estero, and Bonita Springs. David and his crew focus on thorough inspection and removal tailored to each structure, whether it's a riverfront home or a commercial building exposed to seasonal humidity spikes.

Service stays available around the clock so property owners can reach someone immediately when leaks or musty odors appear without waiting for regular business hours.

I grew up in Fort Myers and started this business after mold took hold in my own home near Centennial Park during one of our hot humid summers. The tropical savanna climate with its warm winters keeps moisture trapped in older houses across Downtown Fort Myers, the River District, and McGregor, so I decided to focus on practical mold removal that actually fits Lee County conditions. My crews now handle jobs in Cape Coral, Estero, and Bonita Springs, where the terrain and housing stock create different challenges every season, and we stay available with 24/7 emergency service.
